Step 1: Give Us a Call

Ring us at and we’ll explain how our EAP works. It’s a hassle-free, pay-as-you-use service. Even small and medium-sized businesses can enjoy the same great support as larger organisations!

Step 2: Choose An Option

  1. Self-Referral: Employees can access our services anonymously for a set number of sessions.

  2. HR Referral: Employees get referred by a manager or HR contact.

  3. Option: You can include employees’ spouses or families in the program.

Step 3: Sign the Agreement

We’ll send you a straightforward Terms & Conditions document to review and sign. Once you send it back, your EAP is officially set up, and we’ll provide info to help you share the news with your team and will arrange a free Mental Health & EAP Awareness Workshop for all staff.
