2.Can I use my EAP sessions for personal problems?
Pretty much anything impacting your wellbeing, work, or life — stress, burnout, anxiety, work pressure, career uncertainty, relationships, motivation, confidence, overwhelm, or just feeling stuck.
3.Do I have to be struggling badly to use it?
Not at all. You don’t need to be in crisis. Many people use EAP proactively for support, perspective, coping strategies, or to stop things from building up.
4. How quickly can I get an appointment?
Usually, much faster than traditional psychology or coaching services. BetterWorkLife aims to provide quick access with minimal wait times.
5. What are the appointments like?
